School Funding Challenges – Update

• “Save Our Schools” Petition:
  We’re nearing 300 signatures in under aweek!

Join Our MTA Borough Council Campaign Committee

Help Jay and me build a strong, organized campaign team. Here are the roles we’re looking to fill:

• Campaign Consultants (Ann Mauro & Margaret Capodanno) – Consults on the campaign, coordinates strategy, and manages the team. 
• Campaign Manager (Karen Decker) – Oversees the campaign, coordinates strategy, and manages the team. 
• Treasurer (Kevin Hoopes) – Handles finances, files required reports, and ensures compliance with election laws.
• Fundraising & Events Coordinators (Kara Higgins & Jessica Costa) – Plans and executes fundraising events, donor outreach, and financial goals.
• Communications Director (Open Position) – Manages messaging, press releases, and public relations.
• Field Director (Janet Vignola) – Organizes voter outreach, canvassing, phone banking
• Volunteer Coordinator (Open Position)– Recruits, trains, and schedules campaign volunteers.
• Digital Manager – website updates (Sheryl Coe, Brian Varela) and digital advertising (John Price)
• Social Media Manager (Open Position) – Handles online presence
• Community Outreach Coordinator (Open Position) – Builds relationships with local organizations, and groups.
• Scheduler/Operations Manager (Michael & Jeannette Shannon) – Manages the candidate’s schedule and event logistics.
